We ship yourprototype10x faster.

Logicwind. Your partner for the 10x shift. Software product company in Surat, twelve years in, 120+ engineers deep.

Over $200M in client revenue across a hundred-plus products shipped, in industries from healthcare to real estate to consumer software. Twelve years in means we've watched three platform shifts arrive. This one, AI, is reshaping how fast you can build, if the team around you is built for it.

We build live AI systems in production: patient conversations, customer support, internal operations. And we're honest about where AI doesn't yet belong.

Eugenix logoClient case study

Eugenix.

A hair-transplant and aesthetic clinic in India runs patient conversations on WhatsApp.

Pre-procedure enquiries, booking, and the multi-week aftercare sequence were manual. After-hours messages and follow-ups were slipping through.

ZINQ now runs the patient journey live on WhatsApp. It captures enquiries. The moment a procedure is logged in the CRM, it automatically runs the Day-1, Day-7 and Day-30 aftercare workflow, answering routine questions from the knowledge base and routing clinical ones to staff.

Every patient gets three automated aftercare check-ins with zero missed follow-ups. Routine questions get answered around the clock instead of waiting for the front desk.

Soulera logoClient case study

Soulera.

AI-driven handwriting and signature analysis for schools, organizations and individuals.

Soulera wanted to translate graphological personality analysis, a niche human expertise, into a product anyone could use directly.

We built it end to end. AI models read handwriting for margins, line heights, letter shapes and the other parameters graphologists use. A mobile app delivers instant insights. A consultant portal lets graphologists validate and refine the model as it runs.

Soulera went from idea to a live product. Every cycle of consultant review makes the model sharper.

The Soulera build, in full

After twelve years of shipping software, we know what actually decides whether it works. Not the launch. The system around it. Auth. Queues. Retries. The security review. The privacy posture. The server bill at 100x usage. The interface that stops making sense at the 40th user.

The parts nobody demos are the parts that decide whether a product survives real users. That's the layer we build for.

More about us

Questions.

  • We already have an engineering team. Where do you fit?

Usually as an extension. Sometimes owning a service outright (the AI layer, the infrastructure, the mobile stack), sometimes pair-shipping alongside your team on a scoped build. What we don't do is quietly duplicate work your team already owns.

  • What's the smallest engagement you take?

A one-hour discovery call. From there, the natural next step is usually a three-week POC (for AI work) or a scoped four-to-eight-week build (for production hardening or Web Immersive). We don't take retainer-only work.

  • We're not a venture-backed startup. Do you still work with us?

Yes. Roughly half our current work is with venture-backed teams shipping their first production system. The other half is with established teams whose ambition outgrew their internal capacity, bootstrapped founders scaling what already works, and operators building AI into businesses that have been running for years. The thing we stay away from is pre-product-market-fit consumer swings.

  • Are you based in India?

Yes. Surat, Gujarat. Our team is 120+ engineers, all in India. Clients are global, currently active in India, the US, the UK, and Southeast Asia.

Tell us what you're trying to move.

One honest hour.

You name the thing: the AI feature stuck in staging, the prototype breaking under real users, the site that's two years behind the brand.

We ask the questions that come from twelve years of watching products survive or not.

If we're not the right team for you, we say so and point you at who is.
